What people don’t get about “hustle culture” is that we Millennials and Gen Z don’t have the luxury of prior generations before us. They could have a basic job and magically own two houses after retirement.
Meanwhile, sometimes we do 2-3 jobs just to keep afloat. No sane people want to work 12+ hours a day, every single day, from Monday to Sunday.
Plus we do care about the environment. Unlike them who let the earth to be an uninhabitable planet in a sense that it’s necessary for survival. Yes your generations’ survival, not for the next nor other forms of life that is not just human.
So, it’s not just doing more and more. We just want to live the way humans should, sustainably.
